Tattoos!

A co-worker gave me a "free tattoo" for Christmas, & I cannot decide what I want!!! We joked about getting cutie marks before (the my little pony's "name" stamp) but I'm not so sure I'm ready to take my pony love to that level yet. Lol. So I've been looking at crafty tattoos lately & here's some I like!

I just checked the status of my registration, & I'm officially registered to vote!

I still don't have my card yet, but I'm sure it will get here before November 6!

I've  never done it before, & this year I've actually kept up with the candidates & their policies enough to feel not only excited, but obligated to vote!

Breaking Bad

I recently started watching this show, "Breaking Bad," & OHMYGOD I can't get enough of it!

It's about a high school Chemistry teacher who gets diagnosed with terminal cancer, & his insurance won't cover any of the treatments. With a baby on the way & a teenage son he realizes he's got to come up with the money somehow, for the sake of his family. 

SO HE STARTS COOKING METH!

What the heck I never would've expected to like this show, but I seriously cannot get enough.

It's crazy how this timid high school teacher slowly turns into this bad ass, insane Meth cook!

Anyway, the show comes on AMC, but I'm not sure which season is on right now since I just finished Season 1. But anyone looking for a highly addictive TV show to get sucked into should definitely check it out!

My Fit Foods

Has anyone tried My Fit Foods? They're pre-made meals packaged to-go for easy healthy eating!

I've been wanting to try them for a while, since I literally have no time to make food, let alone anything healthy! There are a couple locations close to me, but none really close enough for me to go before/during work. Today I ran into to the HEB on my way home to grab a potato for my potato stamp shirt (DIY coming soon!) & what do you know? They had a My Fit Foods section! 

Honestly, the food didn't look very good. Probably because it needed to be microwaved, but still, I had a really hard choosing something that looked appetizing. The saleswoman was helpful, but pushy. I hate being pressured to buy something, & I ended up leaving the store with three meals instead of one. 

I got a pesto chicken dinner, a buffalo chicken wrap, & an apple & celery with almond butter "snack," for about $18. Regardless of whether or not I end up liking these, I can't afford to spend $20 a day on food! I haven't actually tried the "lunch" & "dinner" yet, but I did just eat the apple/celery snack!

It was definitely a good snack, at first I didn't like the almond butter, but it grew on me. But I don't think I'll be buying anymore "snack" items anytime soon. $5 for six slices of an apple & three pieces of celery is a little bit ridiculous. But I am going to buy some apples & celery & pack my own "Fit Snacks." 

I'll let you know how the other two meals turn out! 

Weird ice cream....

I saw in Cosmo a couple of "weird" ice cream flavor combinations that are supposed to be good. So tonight we tried chocolate, caramel, & sriracha! It sounds terrible, I know! But it was actually really good! Maybe just a bit less sriracha, or more caramel & it would've been perfect!

I'M ALIVE

I kindof forgot about my blog for a while, but I'M BACK! c: Lots of things have changed in my life recently, but they're all positive changes! I'll try & update more often to keep you posted on all those changes!

First of all I chopped off all my hair! & I also went to be the manager of my old Tarka!

Christmas!

I know its take me foreverrrr to post this, but I'm really busy!
So Chirstmas Eve we visited my grandparents & Aunt Sandi in Altair, & Christmas morning we woke up with Toulouse for our first "family" Christmas morning!

I think kitty somehow sensed my excitement, as he woke us up WAY earlier than normal!

Since I was really sad I wouldn't be able to do the traditional "poppers" we do every year, I decided to make a new tradition, and open them in our stockings!

Yes, the pictures are awful, but you get the point! 

Here's Toulouse looking insanely confused about his new panda. He LOVES his panda. I mean, LOVES. When he was a kitten he would carry it around in his mouth even though it was bigger than him! He would sleep cuddled up to it & it was so cute! We think his siblings must have been black & white, since he wrestles it like it's another cat! But to this day it is still his favorite toy, & when he sulks under the couch (& won't come out to even the sound of food) the sound of those panda beebees are the ONLY thing that will get him charging out! ANYWAY, I found an exact replica of his beloved baby at Goodwill, for a dollar!

ANOTHER PANDA?!

After gifts we spent the ENTIRE day at grannie's with the cousins! Even though I only got to see them for a day it was still wonderful! & of course the food was incredible!

Yes, everyone should be jealous of the cheesecake!
